Summary We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts at Oakmont at Gordon Park. This role is pivotal in driving occupancy, converting leads, and enhancing our brand presence within the community. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and fostering relationships that resonate with potential residents. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates. * Lead outside sales initiatives to engage potential residents and their families. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning. * Create and execute forward thinking marketing plans. * Manage media contracts, content and overall presence. * Create and maintain data intake systems to ensure state compliance. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure partnerships. * Manage the Salesforce CRM system to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions. * Cultivate relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources. * Oversee account management activities to ensure resident satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and future growth. Requirements * Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living or healthcare sector. * Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
