Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process sales transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their product inquiries and purchases. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment. * Bilingual or multilingual (English and Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. * Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred for effective inventory management. * Knowledge on HVAC equipment, parts, and tools. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
