Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This position requires strong communication skills, a knack for inside sales, and the ability to effectively utilize software tools to manage leads and track progress. Duties * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Utilize inside sales techniques to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication. * Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on lead generation efforts. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings. * Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in lead generation processes. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or business development is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * A proactive approach to identifying new leads and opportunities.
