Want to work for Huntsville's premier pawn shop? We are hiring! Redstone Pawn is Huntsville's premier, up-scale full-service pawn shop. Our mission is to provide customers with top-notch customer service in a clean and comfortable retail setting. We are currently looking for candidates that are organized, motivated, and have exceptional customer service skills. Previous retail, pawn, jewelry, guns, and electronics experience is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay as well as monthly commission. Full-time and part-time positions are available. 1400 Memorial Pkwy NW Huntsville AL 35801. This position is face-paced but very rewarding. It is a plus if you are bilingual. Job Duties: * Manage large amounts of incoming calls * Generate sales leads * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets per week * Keep accurate records of customer interactions, forms, and correctly file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Skills: * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma What's stopping you from joining our team?
