Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance client value. * Conduct warm calling efforts to engage potential clients and expand the customer base. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and market demands. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. * Provide leadership in account strategy discussions and contribute insights for continuous improvement in service delivery. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on sales performance. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and foster collaboration. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. * Experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
