Mathis Home is looking for enthusiastic and energetic sales associates to join our team! We offer a starting pay of $15 per hour or commission, whichever is higher, for the first 90 days. After that, compensation will be based on commission alone. Last year, our average sales associate earned $65,000, with unlimited earning potential. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days. Qualified candidates must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.
