Wilson Farm is hiring a full-timeSales Associate to join our Garden Department team! This position pays from $18.00. Primary Responsibilities for a Sales Associate in the Garden Department * Assisting customers in product selection * Cashiering customers purchases * Stocking/caring for seasonal plants as well as associated seasonal items, arranging displays Experience/Qualifications needed * Knowledge of plants and their care a must * Prior retail garden center/nursery (indoor/outdoor live plants) experience highly desirable * Your experience is appreciated if you previously worked for Mahoney's, Russell's Garden Center, Pemberton Farms, Wagon Wheel, Home Depot, Lowe's, or other garden center * Reliable/punctual with a strong work ethic and friendly, outgoing personality Work Schedule * Full-time is 5 days/week (50+ hours/week) * Includes both weekend days * Schedule will generally be either opening at 7 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 7 pm closing * Schedule may fluctuate according to business needs/season * Holidays will likely require more hours.
