Business Development Associate-Cary, NC Who we are At Optimal Bio, our mission is to restore your body to optimal health through industry leading BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid treatment, adrenal support, wellness, and supplements. We are seeking a Business Development Associate to educate and inform potential new patients about the life changing benefits of BHRT and build the Optimal Bio Brand. Please note this position is located full time in our Cary, NC location office and will require an in-person interview. What you have: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of experience in a client facing role * 1+ year of experience with relationship management, negotiation or influencing * Business development or sales experience preferred * Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time * Excellent customer service skills What you'll do: * Contact and manage new patient lead forms * Document all new patient calls and follow-up reports, updating CRM report * Monitor and organize weekly Excel lead generation documents to help achieve the Monthly New Patient Consult goal * Closely collaborates with the Director of Business Development to generate and maintain a calendar of events each quarter * Partner with the Director of Business Development to contact, organize, and build the business relationships in each market to enhance the visibility and growth of the Optimal Bio Brand * Attend all partnership and sponsorship events * Help organize and create constant contact newsletter emails. * Assist in managing SMS follow-ups messaging and reports. * Assist the Director of Business of Development coordinate podcast scheduling and organize guest appearances for Optimal Bio. * Support the Director of Business Development in organizing and attending events and sponsorships for Optimal Bio.
