Job Title: Aerospace & Defense Staffing Account Manager Location: Piscataway, NJ (Remote with regional travel) Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $70,000 per year (plus monthly incentive/commission pay based on production outcomes) Overview: Cenergy is hiring a full-time Aerospace & Defense Staffing Account Manager to expand and support our client base in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector. This is a remote role based in New Jersey, ideal for professionals with staffing industry experience and knowledge of the aerospace and defense market. You'll drive new business development, manage client relationships, and oversee staffing operations for leading companies such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Boeing, and GE Aerospace. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts within the A&D sector * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client contacts * Manage job order lifecycle from intake to candidate submission and assignment * Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and service goals * Track account metrics and forecast business performance * Conduct outbound business development and prospecting activities * Support CRM usage and maintain accurate records of interactions and market activity * Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client needs * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense landscape * Provide excellent client service, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in staffing sales or account management * 2+ years of recruiting or full-desk experience preferred * Prior experience working with or selling into A&D clients such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, or similar * Proven success in client relationship management and business development * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * High level of organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management * Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally * Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel for client visits * Associate degree or higher in Business or related field preferred Work Schedule & Travel: * Monday to Friday, standard business hours (remote/home office based) * Occasional travel required (regional, with overnight stays several times a month) Benefits: * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Disability and Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Monthly Incentive/Commission Structure Preferred Locations: While based in New Jersey, we are also open to candidates located in or near: * Houston, TX * Huntsville, AL * Seattle, WA * Washington, DC * Baltimore, MD * Philadelphia, PA * Southern/Northern California * Charleston, SC * Cape Canaveral, FL How to Apply: If you have a strong background in staffing or recruiting within the aerospace industry and are looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we encourage you to apply today.
