Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our property management team, ensuring that all aspects of property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and excellent communication abilities. Only Bilingual Spanish / English Duties * Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and lease administration. * Maintain accurate records of tenant files and property documentation. * Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. * Support the leasing process by conducting property showings and processing applications. * Enforce compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. * Utilize Yardi software for managing tenant accounts and tracking maintenance requests. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective renters. * Assist in preparing reports related to occupancy rates, maintenance needs, and other operational metrics. Requirements * Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is preferred. * Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Proficiency in office software applications and property management systems like Yardi. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Familiarity with property maintenance processes and procedures. * Understanding of legal requirements related to property management and tenant rights.
