JOB ROLE: As a LOGISTICS SALES COORDINATOR at LOGISTIFY , you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside a designated Business Development Supervisor. This is where you will begin your accelerated training program to learn the in's & outs of this industry and learn what it takes to be a part of the LGFY culture. Once you complete a 3-month training, you will become a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting our customers with our newest transportation services. BENEFITS: * Starting un-capped Commission Percentage of 40% & up to 50% based on your earnings. * 6-month base salary until un-capped commission is reached. * Health, Dental and Vision coverage to best fit your needs. * Paid training and structured mentoring program. * Career advancement opportunities in our growing company. * TASKS* : * Effectively communicate with customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships. * Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time. * Provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates. * Input, update, and manage shipment information. * Collaborate with Customer, Carriers & Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly. * Assist with your customers billing and accounting responsibilities as needed. * REQUIREMENTS* : * Determination and DRIVE to work hard. * Excellent communication skills. * Sales Experience. * Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict. * Ability to work with the latest technology. * Great customer service skills.
