Key Responsibilities: * Estimating & Sales: * Meet with potential customers to assess their painting needs and provide detailed, accurate estimates for residential and commercial projects. * Present our services professionally and compellingly, helping customers understand the value we provide. * Customer Service & Follow-up: * Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring clear, consistent, and responsive communication from initial consultation through job completion. * Maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and ensuring complete satisfaction. * Collaboration with Paint Crews: * Work closely with our experienced painting crews to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. * Networking & Marketing: * Attend local networking events, home shows, and community activities to promote our brand and services. * Generate leads through various marketing efforts, including referrals, online channels, and direct outreach. * Achieving Sales Goals: * Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications: * Required: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Reliable transportation and current auto insurance. * Experience: * 2+ years of in-home sales and customer service experience, preferably in a commission-based role. * Skills & Attributes: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. * Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, email, and web-based tools. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Positive, energetic, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences. * Demonstrates the "Hungry, Humble, Smart" attitude: a strong drive to perform, a humble approach to teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
