Responsibilities include: * Leasing & Sales: Conduct apartment tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process. * Marketing & Outreach: Leverage phone, digital platforms, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads. * Lease Administration: Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. * Resident Engagement: Plan and execute resident events that foster a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere. * Technology Integration: Utilize our SMART Office tools to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience. * Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally. * Market Awareness: Stay informed on local market trends and competitive offerings to help position our communities effectively. * Community Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the leasing office, amenities, and model units. Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, leasing, or customer service * Education: High School Diploma or GED required * Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays (communities are closed Sundays) * Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service * Team Orientation: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Why Join AMLI?
