Your Role & Mission As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our expansion, working alongside our Sales Director to grow our presence in your territory. Here's what you'll be doing: * Discover & Develop: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. * Lead the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and first contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. * Be a Trusted Partner: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that genuinely add value. * Collaborate with Experts: Attend product demos with the support of our Technical Manager. * Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the competition, industry trends, and market shifts. * Work Smart: Manage all leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce). The right candidate will: * Have experience in coatings, doors and windows manufacturing, or spray equipment. * Be eager to build something from the ground up --this is a new territory with massive potential. * Thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment --you own your success. * Be results-driven, proactive, and adaptable --we move fast, and so should you. * Have a natural ability to connect with people and build long-term relationships. * Be comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). * Willingness to travel to cover your territory and maximize opportunities.
