The Hopkins Auto Group is a locally-family owned and operated dealer for the last 70 years! Currently our Fairfield location is looking to hire an Automotive Sales Representative to join our exceptional sales team! Taking care of our customers and employees is top priority because we believe customer satisfaction goes hand in hand with employee satisfaction. The Sales Representative is responsible for working with existing customers and new customers to achieve monthly sales, brand and promotional goals. Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities... * Meet with customers regularly to effectively promote the purchase of Acura products through promotions and programs * Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls and utilize the CRM for effective customer management * Make our customers really, really, ridiculously delighted * Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer oriented team environment * Report on issues related to the competitive market and offer constructive suggestions * Perform all job duties in a professional manner and promote the Hopkin's Way * Must have a valid driver's license * Spot on professional phone presence and etiquette * Be able to pass a background check including drug screening * _Automotive Sales Representative Requirements....._ * Have prior sales or retail experience * Show an interest in learning and developing your knowledge of the industry * Are truly passionate about selling * Have a proven track record of excellently managing complex customer relationships and will go the extra mile for your customers * Can naturally (and successfully) influence and negotiate with others * Constantly seek out new ideas, keep up with industry trends, and thrive on being one step ahead of the game * Are excited to be part of an entrepreneurial, collaborative and growing organization * Optional but not required: Bilingual.
