Join Turner Farms Real Estate! We are currently looking to expand on our small team of 3 and add on another individual looking to build a foundation in residential real estate. The brokerage is structured around trust and cooperation amongst agents. We share listing availabilities in-house, alongside keys, an extensive private online gallery of 40,000+ photos for properties, and all pricing and listing data. The job will be to use these tools at your disposal to then procure and facilitate what are primarily rental transactions, though you are in no way restricted to doing just that. It is more-so a recommended starting point for its fast transaction speed and quick ability to start making money. You will be working directly with the broker and owner of the company, Trevor. The expectation is that in return for the oversight, direction and help given to you, you will reciprocate in dedication and discipline to truly learning and doing well at the job. This is not like many brokerages where the broker or manager are seldom in- office , or available for questions. The method of training will be to work closely together with the broker, and then individually replicate it thereafter until you are a full-fledged and experienced agent. Trevor, the broker, works in office 6 days a week year-round with few exceptions, and is dedicated to driving the brokerage further with well rounded and ambitious agents. There are no transaction fees, no monthly fees or desk fees. Getting paid shouldn't feature a line itemized list of deductions! It is a simple 65% take-home split, with you retaining 65% of all funds you collect for the brokerage on the transaction. Given experience and good standing in the company, that is subject to be increased. The monthly goal for an experienced agent should be to close ~$20k per month in transactions.
