Property Management Company seeks property manager for full-time position (40 hrs per week) for two complexes, one located in Demopolis, AL and the other located in York, AL. The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Must have valid DL and reliable transportation. * Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment. * Previous residential property management experience at a Tax Credit or Rural Development property preferred. Pay & Benefits * 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm). * $17.00-$18.00 per hour DOE * $70 per paycheck in fuel reimbursement + $30 per paycheck in cellphone reimbursement provided. * Position is eligible for health, dental and life insurance benefits. * Also eligible for paid time off and paid holidays. No housing offered with this position.
