Must be willing to work Saturday's and some Holidays- Only Considering Those with Retail Sales Experience Furniture Sales Consultant We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized solutions for clients. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with compensation based on commission, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert consultation to customers on high-end and multi-line furniture products * Assist clients with designing custom solutions, including window treatments and home furnishings * Conduct in-home consultations, offering tailored recommendations based on individual client needs * Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest industry trends * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals * Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential Qualifications: * Prior experience in high-end and multi-line furniture sales is preferred * Experience with window treatments and interior design is a plus * Willingness to work Saturdays and occasional holidays * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional and polished appearance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission Salary: Base salary plus commision, with earning potential based on sales performance If you are passionate about interior design and have a keen eye for high- quality furnishings, we would love to hear from you.
