Job Summary Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a part-time Leasing Agent for Pinnacle Heights Apartments (174 units) in Morgantown and Riverbend Apartments (64 units) in Clarksburg. Birgo's Values * T eamwork: We are collaborative, approachable, and engaged * H umility: We are selfless, gracious, and continuously improving * R hinocerality: We are proactive, dynamic, and courageous * I ntegrity: We are trustworthy, principled, and sincere * V ision: We are forward-thinking, empathetic, and adaptable * E xcellence: We are goal-oriented, dependable, and accountable Core Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents * Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards * Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants * Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings * Process rental applications quickly and accurately * Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process * Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented * Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy * Monitor listing postings and advertisements * Assist property manager with tenant care and retention * Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Ideal Birgo-nite We believe that a great team is built by more than just experience --it's shaped by character, values, and the ability to grow. While no single candidate will embody every bullet point below, a strong match will demonstrate a _combination of the following _knowledge, skills, and characteristics : Experience * 1+ year residential leasing experience * Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience * Fair Housing knowledge Skills & Work Style * Technology savvy * Results-oriented * Passionate about improving people's lives and communities * Quickly connects and builds relationships * Enthusiastically persuades and motivates others * Professional in demeanor, appearance, and communication * Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail * Self-aware with a safety mindset Other Requirements * Available to work 8 hours every weekend (Sat/Sun) * Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license * Ascend/descend stairs and traverse uneven terrain * Transport up to 25 lbs * Use a computer for a full workday * Travel to Pittsburgh quarterly Pay & Benefits * $17/hour + commission * Commission structure: Earn $75 for each successful move-in.
