Job Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess HVAC needs. * Recommend appropriate heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions. * Provide accurate pricing, financing options, and detailed quotes. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service. * Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry trends. Qualifications: * Experience in HVAC sales, service, or installation preferred. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
