Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work independently in the field, meeting with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities. * Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and set up meetings with potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts, close sales, and process orders. * Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. * Track and report sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Familiarity with sales techniques such as consultative selling and relationship-based sales.
