MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Compensation: $25 - $150 hourly Responsibilities: * Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process * Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service * Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered * Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner * Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster Qualifications: * Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently * Present yourself in a professional manner * Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving About Company Serene Realty, Inc. is located in the South Loop area.
