Required Skills and Experience * Can support Store Manager in leading store team in achieving both store and company goals * Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement * Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly * Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback * Ability to plan, delegate, and follow up on store tasks * Responsible for managing store and team productivity in Store Manager absence * Enjoys high level of customer interaction * Responsible for store operational functions * Maintains excellent visual presentation standards Qualifications * Prior retail and/or management experience * Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills * Time management and organizational skills * Exceptional customer service skills Job Type: Part-time Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Experience: * retail sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * North Charleston, SC 29418 (Required) Work Location: In person
