Commercial Service Sales Representative Location: Clarksville, TN (50-Mile Territory) Company: The Total Garage Store / Smith's Garage Door Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | On-Target Earnings: $65,000-$125,000+ Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Office & Field-Based About Us Smith's Garage Door, part of The Total Garage Store family, is a trusted provider of commercial overhead doors, loading dock equipment, motors, and access solutions across Tennessee and North Carolina. Our Clarksville branch is growing fast, and we're investing heavily in our commercial service division. We're looking for a Commercial Service Sales Representative to help us expand our service footprint by selling preventative maintenance agreements, emergency repairs, and retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial end users. Position Summary This role focuses on B2B end-user sales, not new construction bidding. You'll work with facility managers, property owners, and operations teams across manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, and other commercial spaces to offer reliable, fast, and professional service solutions. Key Responsibilities * Manage a 50-mile sales territory around Clarksville, TN. * Prospect, meet, and build relationships with facility managers, business owners, and maintenance personnel. * Sell preventative maintenance contracts , service calls, and retrofit projects. * Perform site walks, identify opportunities, and work with internal teams to quote solutions. * Track and follow up on leads using our CRM. * Serve as the customer's go-to point of contact for service needs. What You Bring * 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in a trade or service industry (e.g., HVAC, security, fire protection, mechanical, dock & door). * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage your time independently and close business consistently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points For: * Experience with doors, docks, access control, or service sales. * Familiarity with commercial or industrial maintenance needs. * Comfort reading simple job scopes or blueprints.
