Overview Network Solution LLC is an Exclusive Retailer for Total Wireless by Verizon that strives for excellence. We are opening doors all around the twin cities area, and we are looking for dependable Sales Representatives to help get these stores off the ground. Sales Representatives are expected to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the perfect solution to their cellular needs. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer issues and ensure premium level service. The average Sales Representative at Total Wireless earns approximately $50,000 Salary, but with an uncapped commission you will have the opportunity to earn far more. Responsibilities * Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude * Greeting customers in a timely manner * Attending required training sessions * Processing transactions in a timely manner * Handling exchanges and returns of merchandise * Assisting customers with information on products and services * Driving sales to achieve monthly goals while maintaining integrity * Maintaining customer facing inventory as well as back-stock * Keeping busy during downtime Skills * Previous work experience in retail sales * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Proficiency in English (Bilingual preferred) * Basic experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems * Familiarity with product placement and front-facing client-facing shelves * Excellent communication skills with a positive personality * Ability to perform under pressure and high traffic count * Flexible schedule to help during other employee's PTO * Ability to adjust to longer holiday hours Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16/hr with uncapped commission 8-10 hour shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Hilltop, MN 55421 (Required) Work Location: In person
