Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. * Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or following up on leads. * Ensure the retail space is organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify opportunities for additional sales. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing stock levels and product displays. * A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
