Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers with their orders. * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. * Utilize computer systems for data entry and analysis to track customer feedback and improve service delivery. * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. * Maintain professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Assist in training new staff members on customer support protocols and office procedures as needed. Experience * Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory. * Skills in sales techniques are advantageous for upselling products or services. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software will be beneficial. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * A commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
