About the Role: As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will engage directly with customers through interactive in-store promotions, helping to showcase and promote our clients' products and services. Our on-site marketing approach is highly effective in major retail locations, reaching customers when they are already in a buying mindset--leading to stronger brand connections and increased sales. This position goes beyond customer engagement. You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you through key aspects of business operations, including human resources, client relations, team leadership, and financial management.
