Job Duties of Sales Liaison - Home Care Services: * Develop and Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals while promoting a positive image of the company in the Boston area. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Boston market for growth. * Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered. * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services. * Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians and other healthcare professionals that utilize Home Care services. Regularly conduct sales visits to those referral sources to assist them in identifying appropriate for services resulting in increase in clients served by Right at Home. * Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency. * Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics. Requirements of Sales Liaison - Home Care Services: * Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study. * Have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred in home health, home care or hospice. * Sales Liaison - Home Care Services must be service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization's mission. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. * 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales. * Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills. * Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
