As a Sewer Sales Rep , your success will be defined by: * Sales Revenue* : Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company. * Customer*Satisfaction : Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients. * Close*Rate : Convert incoming inquiries into booked service appointments and sales leads, maximizing opportunities to drive business growth. * Technical*Proficiency : Demonstrate mastery of advanced camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools, ensuring accurate inspections and effective solutions for customers. Underground drainage knowledge (ie: how they work, how they are maintained and how/why they fail) and Understanding of traditional plumbing sewer excavation, sewer relining, pipebursting and hydrojetting is paramount to success in this role. * Sales*Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities to ensure timely and successful closure. * Team*Collaboration : Collaborate closely with installation technicians and other team members to coordinate service delivery, address customer needs, and maximize customer satisfaction. * Continuous*Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and professional development to enhance service offerings and drive customer value. * If you're ready to be part of something bigger than yourself, if you're ready to chart your course to greatness, then Adam Mechanical is ready for you.
