Policy Development: Analyze client requirements to assist in crafting effective property and casualty insurance policies. Problem Resolution: Address any client concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth process from inquiry to policy initiation. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services. Requirements Licensing: Possession of a valid Property & Casualty License is mandatory for this position. Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related fields is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage clients. Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs. Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
