Position: Parts Sales Representative Location: Derr Equipment - Savannah, Missouri Reports To: Parts Manager Contact Information: Brad Derr / 816-[please apply online] / [please apply online] Essential Job Functions * Assists internal and external customers in person and over the phone. * Prepares parts order quotes. * Establishes parts availability and place parts orders. * Receive and deliver parts. * Maintains accurate inventories and organization of products. * Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays. * Match invoices to packing lists. * Maintain proficiency with electronic business systems and other computer programs. Qualifications * Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent customer relations and phone skills. * Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task. * Good attention to detail. * Ability to work independently. * Have strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite . Knowledge of DIS Business systems is a plus. * Familiarity with Case IH and Kubota equipment and parts is preferred, but not required.
