Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage store activities effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for driving sales in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise store associates during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Manage daily operations, including inventory control, stock management, and merchandising. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and sales growth. * Maintain an organized and clean store environment that meets company standards. * Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. * Collaborate with upper management on store initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements. Requirements * Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. * Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is preferred but not required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make decisions quickly.
