We are a fast-growing real estate company in search of a Rockstar Property Manger to join our team and help manage about 200 apartment units on the Eastside of Los Angeles. You will be signing on to the company as an essential part of our property management team. What You'll Do: * Tenant Relations: Handle move ins/outs, roommate swaps/removal, answering high volume calls/emails, and assisting with tech issues (e.g., online payments and document signing). * Overseeing Maintenance: Assigning work orders, coordinate tenant/vendor schedules, resolved tenant issues quickly and cost-effectively, and manage escalated maintenance and project needs. * Building Stewardship: Conduct regular property and unit inspections, create a long term maintenance plans, and review budgets to ensure top tier property management. What We Are Looking For: * Excellent People Skills: You're patient and kind, but know how to maintaining authority and ensure tenant and vendor satisfaction. * Detail Oriented: You don't let anything slip through the cracks, you are highly organized and can make smart decisions under pressure. * Strong Multitasking Abilities: You can juggle multiple tasks at once without loosing track of priorities or getting overwhelmed. Good time management is essential. * Tech-Savvy: Experience with G Suite and property management software like AppFolio or similar is required. * Work Location: You will work from the office 2 days a week and visit properties regularly. * Vehicle requirements: A working vehicle, insurance and a valid license are required.
