This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable using various communication channels, including phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities * Prospect for new business opportunities through a combination of phone calls, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns. * Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and our service offerings. * Set appointments and schedule meetings for Senior Account Executives to further discuss potential partnerships and solutions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services to potential customers. * Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage prospecting activities. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
