About us We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Agent to join the team of one of India's leading organizations in the flexible packaging industry. This is a contractual, remote position based on the Mid-West region of the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Title: Sales Agent Job Type: Contract Based Industry : Flexible Packaging Experience : 10+ years Key Responsibilities * Engage and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Drive sales through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and by leveraging your knowledge of our products and services. * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. * Work independently and manage your time efficiently in a remote work environment. Qualifications * Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. * Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. * Industry Knowledge: Experience in the environmental or sustainability sector is highly desirable.
