Position Summary: We're on the lookout for a driven and engaging Sales Representative to join the team under a commission-based pay structure (with an initial guaranteed period). You'll play a key role in connecting with potential customers, explaining restoration services, and closing sales with a consultative, relationship-first approach. This is a high-reward role with no cap on commissionsideal for self-starters who are motivated by results and eager to grow. What You'll Do: Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals. Client Consultations: Meet with property owners to assess damage, provide expert recommendations, and explain services. Build Trust: Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, property managers, and business owners. Support Through the Process: Help clients understand and navigate the insurance claims process with transparency. Close the Sale: Present personalized restoration plans, secure agreements, and ensure client satisfaction. Stay Organized: Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline. Hit Goals: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets. What We're Looking For: Previous sales or business development experience (restoration, construction, or insurance sales experience is a plus). Confident communicator with strong closing and negotiation skills. Highly organized and able to manage your time and tasks independently. Skilled at building rapport and guiding clients through a smooth sales journey. Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Experienced in lead generation and prospecting. Some knowledge of property restoration, construction, or insurance is helpfulbut we're happy to train the right candidate. Why This Role?
