Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to educate clients, and a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in restoration, construction, or insurance sales is a plus). Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, managing your schedule and pipeline. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, ensuring a smooth journey from consultation to project completion. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
