Full description of the position

Position Objective - Manage and grow a well established customer base in both LaPorte and Porter County, Indiana. If you are a high energy, positive per son with a desire to take your career to the next level, this could be the position for you. We provide hands on training from experienced sales managers and sales team members. Essential Job Functions Include: * Daily prospecting utilizing in person cold calls, phone calls, in person meetings, emails, networking events etc. * Managing a current, well established, client base. * Promoting Adams Remco's full line of business technology products and solutions. * Conduct outbound calling daily to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups. * Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients. * Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals. Competencies: * You bring a high level of energy and are committed to achieve your goals. * You have strong verbal and written communication skills which enable you to present your ideas clearly. * You are tenacious and have a desire to grow yourself personally and professionally. * You are interested in learning about new technology, new business. * You are a problem solver and want to offer clients solutions that truly impact their daily business operations. * You are personable and enjoy networking at all levels. * Attention to detail and Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Above average computer skills and knowledge Daily Sales Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: * Marketing full suite of business technology products. Offering solutions to your clients for their everyday business problems. * Maintain and grow established customer base * Prospecting: In person, phone calls and emails, current client reviews * Sales Presentations Requires Career minded individual wanting to step outside comfort zone, to accomplish more than you've ever accomplished. Professional appearance and attitude is a must. Professional work habits including but not limited to: Time management, above average common sense, self motivation, ability to work independent and with a team, ability to set short and long term goals. Desire to learn and grow your knowledge base outside of normal office hours. Daily one on one coaching is provided to all new hires. Learn from tenured sales representatives and management to utilize best practices. Training is on going and not a two week crash course. Success IS inevitable for the motivated individual!
