Job Overview: At Terrapin Exteriors we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality roofing products. The Entry Level Sales position will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact to a potential customer. Your main objective will be to schedule qualified appointments for our Home Remodeling Experts to close. Day to day activities will include canvasing selected neighborhoods and networking at doors of homeowners who have needs to improve the value and comfort of their homes, educating homeowners on the issues they're experiencing with their homes, and closing the homeowner to schedule a Free Estimate. This is a 100% commission-based position. Duties: Engage in door-to-door prospecting to generate appointments for potential customers in need of roofing/gutter services Communicate effectively with your Sales Lead to ensure a smooth sale after scheduling the appointment Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify success and areas for improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Skills: 2+ years of closing experience Stellar communication skills Prior cold calling/appointment setting experience is encouraged Ability to work Monday - Saturday 10AM - 6PM Willingness to learn and adapt to sales strategies and techniques Reliable transportation This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the home improvement sales space.
