Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our roofing products and services. Your role will involve meeting with homeowners, contractors, and builders to assess their needs and provide tailored roofing solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Run company generated leads. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide detailed proposals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and expand your network. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-up after installation. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. * We will train candidates without experience! * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
