Full description of the position

Servient is hiring eDiscovery sales reps to join our rapidly expanding sales team. We are seeking proven, high-achievers who are passionate about bringing AI-based eDiscovery solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies. Are you stuck in a legacy eDiscovery provider selling commodity technology and status quo solutions? It is time to make the move - your career depends on it. Key Responsibilities: * You will become a subject matter expert in AI-driven eDiscovery, forming a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand and articulate Servient's unique market position and technology differentiators. * You will serve as a trusted advisor for clients, working to identify new opportunities. * You will conduct hunting activities to identify new potential clients. * You will handle sales calls, customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations. * You will coordinate project activities with internal teams to support superior client service. * You will use CRM and advanced sales tools to report on key metrics and rely on data insights to inform future sales strategy. Skills and Experience Required: * You have at least 2 years of successful sales experience in the eDiscovery industry. Prior inside sales experience is helpful. * You possess extensive knowledge of the eDiscovery industry enabling you to serve as a trusted advisor for clients. * You are an excellent communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts and present solutions in a manner that instills confidence in clients. * You are enthusiastic about working with disruptive technology to deliver solutions that replace status quo products. * You can influence and persuade decision makers at all levels and navigate through complex sales opportunities. * You have a history of achieving revenue goals, as well as exceeding defined sales metrics. * You embrace technology tools for sales and marketing to accelerate sales growth. Education: Bachelor's Degree
