Commercial Painting Sales/Estimator Summary/Objective The Commercial Sales is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational success of the Commercial Department. This position drives revenue growth by leading lead generation, client relationship management, commercial sales initiatives, and production oversight. The role demands a proactive leader who can cultivate strong client relationships, optimize departmental efficiency, and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Achieve and exceed an annual revenue target of $1,000,000 through effective sales and production management. * Provide strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the Commercial Department's success and alignment with organizational goals. * Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, including identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and generating high-quality RFPs. * Establish, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective Commercial and B2B clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact. * Directly supervise and mentor the Head of Business Development, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve departmental objectives. * Design and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Supervisory Responsibility This position holds direct supervisory responsibility for the Head of Business Development. Work Environment This role is based in an office setting in Omaha, with a requirement for fieldwork. The position involves the frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, iPads, and phones. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees are regularly required to talk, hear, and stand. Occasionally, they may be required to lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds, as well as bend and stand as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with varied hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel requirements for this position are to be determined. Required Education and Experience * Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling and managing commercial construction jobs. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B outside sales. Preferred Education and Experience * Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing commercial painting projects. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales. * Experience in blueprint reading. Additional Eligibility Qualifications * Valid driver's license. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Employee must be authorized to work in the United States.
