The Bilingual Sales Representatives responsibilities will involve working with our customers in our retail setting to address any curiosity and questions they have about our products and services creating a valued experience. At Wyse Solutions, we work with Frontier in their retail division assisting customers with internet requests and support. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be tasked with working with our diverse customers to provide accurate information, and deliver timely resolutions to customer concerns. The Bilingual Sales Representative will be the main point of contact for our customers and also assist them in placing orders for the new internet services. Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Connect with customers in a retail store, engaging with them on inquiries, requests, and curiosity on new internet services available * Work with customers to identify their service problems and propose clear solutions and quotes * Process sales orders for customers on their new service and make sure all information is accurate * Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and proactive support * Actively listen to customers to comprehend their individual needs and offer tailored assistance as required * Keep retail station clean at all times for a welcoming environment when the customers are shopping Bilingual Sales Representative Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, bilingual role or a related field is a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak with diverse customers * Solution focused abilities characterized by patience and efficiency, ensuring that every customer feels acknowledged and valued * Attention to detail, along with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a retail environment * A passion for assisting others and delivering exceptional customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
