We are one of the leading customer acquisition and sales firms in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey area. We create customized sales and outreach campaigns aimed at rapidly expanding our client's customer base, creating brand recognition, and increasing customer retention. Due to new brand partnerships and contracts, we are actively seeking top talent to join our team as a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will focus on increasing sales by meeting with prospective customers and delivering excellent sales presentations based on the customer's wants and needs. By building rapport and establishing trust, the Sales Associate will also increase the customer lifecycle and create new upsell opportunities and generate new business through referrals. This is a front- facing position, so as the Sales Associate, you need excellent communication skills, the ability to build genuine relationships, and to think quickly on your feet to provide quality solutions in a timely manner. Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Communicate with prospective customers to provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process order requests * Provide service information in a professional manner with a focus on quality and addressing the customer's need * Build genuine connections with customers to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities * Deliver excellent sales support and customer service to create a memorable customer experience * Track and report all customer interactions in accordance with the company's and client's policies * Attend regular training sessions to stay current on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge against competitors Sales Associate Qualifications: * Highschool diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or experience in an applicable customer-facing role * Excellent communication and relationship building skills * Ability to take initiative and work independently OR in a collaborative team environment * Reliable, dependable and timely * Confident and charismatic demeanor * Desire to join a growing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
