Summary: We are seeking a driven, empowering, business-savvy Player-Coach to lead, develop, and grow our high-potential P&C insurance sales team. The right individual will be a likeable yet firm leader who embodies consistency, focuses on metrics, and raises the bar for performance without sacrificing team culture. You must be comfortable balancing active sales production with coaching responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily and weekly team meetings focused on activity, results, and improvement * Personally sell and generate new business to set the standard for excellence * Implement and enforce accountability systems for activity, follow-up, and production * Coach individual team members based on data (not just "gut feel") * Analyze CRM and sales reporting to diagnose performance gaps and opportunities * Support the agency owner by driving consistency and execution in day-to-day operations * Foster a positive, driven, high-trust team culture Requirements: * 3+ years of P&C Insurance Sales or Sales Management experience (or closely related) * Proven ability to lead and coach salespeople to higher levels of production * Strong numbers orientation (love tracking KPIs, close rates, pipeline activity) * High personal drive: You don't need hand-holding to succeed * Likeable, relatable, high-energy leadership style * Tech-savvy: confident using CRM and sales tools * Licensed in Property & Casualty (or ability to obtain quickly) What We Offer: * Opportunity to shape and grow a winning sales team * High trust, entrepreneurial environment * Competitive compensation (base + production bonuses) * Clear growth path as we scale * Monday through Friday hours * In the office, snacks, coffee, and bottled water * Positive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
