This role is crucial in promoting our health club offerings, engaging potential clients, and driving membership growth. The Marketing Representative will work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote health club services and programs. * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach. * Conduct presentations and demonstrations of fitness programs to prospective members. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. * Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement. Requirements * Previous experience in sales or marketing within the health club or fitness industry is preferred. * Knowledge of personal training, group fitness, or physical education is a plus. * Strong understanding of physiology and body mechanics to effectively communicate program benefits. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A passion for health, fitness, and promoting an active lifestyle.
