Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will leverage your sales skills and market knowledge to build relationships with clients, analyze their requirements, and communicate the benefits of various insurance options. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy details, benefits administration, and coverage options. * Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their unique circumstances. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA), and competitive offerings. * Provide ongoing support and service to clients throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. * Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze client needs critically. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment while managing time effectively. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company. * A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring.
