To learn more about IAMS, visit our website - [please apply online] Responsibilities: * Recruit licensed insurance agents to conduct business with IAMS through call campaigns, emails, webinars and other means. * Work with licensed insurance agents across the country to promote the life and/or annuity insurance carriers that we represent and their products. * Determine which life and/or annuity insurance products may be of interest and provide product features and benefits. * Make outbound calls to prospective agents/producers and follow-up on leads to promote IAMS end-to-end service/solutions to help them grow their business. * Educate agents/producers on the life and/or annuity products and marketing programs that IAMS offers. * Provide sales administration, back-office support, marketing and case design to the sales director's or other team member's agents as needed. * Coordinate with Creative Services team on assigned insurance company marketing efforts as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive base salary based on experience * Monthly and year-end bonuses * Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus short-term disability * 401k with employer match * Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma/GED * Insurance license or insurance experience a plus * Well versed with various life insurance products and policies * 3 years solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred * Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision * Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong interpersonal and communications skills; ability to interact at all levels including management. * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with "follow-up until resolved" mindset * Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion * Must be detail oriented with accuracy * This position is an in office , full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm * Must be able to pass a background check About IAMS: Insurance Agency Marketing Services (IAMS) is a well-established and stable, independently owned Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO).
