Full description of the position

We have a great full-time opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our growing and fast-paced powersports dealership. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 12 p. m. * *With one day off during the week. Responsibilities: * Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership. * Advise customers by providing detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on products. * Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish. * Establish and maintain customer relationships, including building confidence in the products and dealership. * Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers. * Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion. Follow up with prospective leads and current and existing customers to continually build client base.* Meet sales goals. Develop a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments * - F&I, Accounting, Operations, Service, and Parts. * Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods, including collection and recording of customer information in the dealership's management system and the customer relationship management system. * Other related duties as assigned. The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position: * Ability to sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month according to dealership standards * Have a positive attitude * Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus * Ability to build rapport with customers * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail oriented * Willing to train the right motivated individual!!!
